Aishwarya is the driving force behind the NITK-led initiative at a Kannada medium government school, where she took the responsibility of starting and shaping the program from the ground up. With sensitivity and determination, she worked closely with students, teachers, and volunteers to bring meaningful educational and value-based activities to the school.
She strongly believes that language should never be a barrier to learning or confidence. Keeping this in mind, Aishwarya ensured that sessions were engaging, relatable, and rooted in the students’ cultural and linguistic background. Under her leadership, the initiative included interactive learning, cultural activities, games, storytelling, and confidence-building exercises that made the classroom lively and welcoming for children.
Aishwarya leads with empathy and purpose. She understands children, listens patiently, and creates an environment where students feel safe to express themselves. Her ability to combine planning with compassion has helped the initiative grow steadily and meaningfully. Through her work, she has shown how thoughtful leadership can create real change at the grassroots level.

Gajanan Tayde is a dedicated professional with a strong technical background and a deep interest in solving complex problems in technology and security. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, one of India’s leading engineering institutes known for its strong academic culture and rigorous training environment.
During his time at college and later in his career, Gajanan developed a passion for understanding how technologies work — not just at the surface level, but deep in the systems themselves. This curiosity shaped his journey into areas like application security, vulnerability assessment, and secure system design, where he works to build safer and more reliable digital experiences for people and businesses.
What sets Gajanan apart is his belief that technology should serve society in a positive way. He combines technical expertise with a practical mindset, always looking for solutions that are not only effective but also responsible and user-friendly. His focus on real-world challenges — and his willingness to keep learning and adapting — reflects his belief in continuous growth and meaningful contribution.
As a trustee of SENA – Shiksha Evam Naitik Aadhar, Gajanan brings this same spirit of curiosity, responsibility, and purpose. He strongly believes in empowering young minds with not just technical skills, but also confidence, ethical awareness, and a sense of responsibility to the community. In his view, education should help people think clearly, act kindly, and create value in whatever path they choose.
Through his involvement with SENA Foundation, Gajanan hopes to help shape a future where young people are not only skilled, but also thoughtful, resilient, and ready to make a difference.
