Ajinkya Dawange is the founding trustee of SENA – Shiksha Evam Naitik Aadhar. He started this foundation with a simple belief — education should not only teach subjects, but also teach values, confidence, and kindness.

From the beginning, he felt a strong responsibility towards society, especially children who do not get proper guidance, opportunities, or encouragement. This feeling inspired him to work closely with communities and start small but meaningful initiatives focused on learning, moral values, and personal growth.

Ajinkya believes that every child has potential. Many children only need the right support, motivation, and a safe environment to express themselves. Through SENA Foundation, he works with volunteers and educators to conduct educational programs, value-based sessions, cultural activities, and interactive events that make learning enjoyable and lively.

He prefers a hands-on approach — listening to people, understanding real problems, and finding practical solutions. His focus is not just on short-term help, but on creating long-lasting positive change by building confidence, character, and social awareness among children and youth.

Yashwant Gunda is an accomplished engineer who pursued his MTech after his undergraduate studies, enriching his technical depth and research skills. Today, he works with Oracle, a world-leading technology company, where he contributes to building enterprise systems and solutions used by many organizations globally.

Yashwant embraces challenges with a steady mindset and a belief that consistent effort leads to real progress. His time in higher education taught him how to think rigorously, work independently, and dig deep into complex topics — qualities that serve him well in fast-paced tech environments.

Gajanan Tayde is a dedicated professional with a strong technical background and a deep interest in solving complex problems in technology and security. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, one of India’s leading engineering institutes known for its strong academic culture and rigorous training environment.

During his time at college and later in his career, Gajanan developed a passion for understanding how technologies work — not just at the surface level, but deep in the systems themselves. This curiosity shaped his journey into areas like application security, vulnerability assessment, and secure system design, where he works to build safer and more reliable digital experiences for people and businesses.

Upendra Pal is a technology professional working at Accenture as a PL/SQL Developer, where he builds and maintains efficient database applications that support business operations. Ashutosh Kumar is a dedicated banking professional who brings a blend of technical understanding and financial insight to every challenge he takes on. After graduating from NITK, he chose a path in the banking sector, where he works with focus, patience, and a thoughtful approach to customer needs. His transition from a technical degree to banking shows his ability to adapt, learn quickly, and bridge different worlds — technology and financial services.
